How to use consumables to get needed finish by this polishing machine?

First of all, we can give you options at every point of buffing process by 3 levels polishing range and the range from 2B finishing to 100% 8K plate finishing. Also, you should know how to use right consumables and polishing process to achieve a profitable cost and get right polished finishing as you need.

Main structure and functions:

Consist of work table, elevator mechanism, sanding belt mechanism, pressing plate for sanding belt,etc.

1.it is wood on the work table, easy to fix workpiece and jig

2.manual elevator, lift up and down the work table by manual hand wheel, chain wheel and gear, easy to operate

3.sanding belt is propped up by 3 wheels, the wheel on upper end is tensioning function, among the other two below, one is driving wheel, the other is engaged wheel.Tensoning wheel will be adjusted if sanding belt is off normal.

4.For sanding belt mechanism,the belt can work on workpiece by adjusting lever, bearing and guide rail. The sanding belt can move right and left, and angle can be regulated automatically.
